An Overview of Part 2--A Review of Relevant Economic Theory and Methods

Part 2 goes into more detail and expands on the basic concepts introduced in Part 1. These papers are likely to be the most difficult for readers. Aside from introducing the section, this overview attempts to help readers through those technically difficult papers, and only briefly describes those that are more straightforward.
