ABSTRACT

Johanna was referred to me for my program Art for Wellbeing, which I tailor to individuals and to groups. During a session of Art for Wellbeing, I create a safe environment for self-expression and use guided exercises I design that are drawn from my professional experience teaching and mentoring diverse populations of all ages, 5–89 years old in music and visual art, such as photography, filmmaking, and design. Artistic skill is not required to participate, only a desire to complete a project and to have some fun.
