ABSTRACT
This chapter examines both the joys and the challenges of supervision between a queer supervisor and a queer supervisee. Topics covered include various forms of potential bias within supervision, issues of power, and a focus on the complexities of identities. Case examples are offered throughout the chapter to illustrate the myriad of potential stumbling blocks and rewards in queer supervision.
