Football stadiums are architectural masterpieces that people visit not only for enjoyment but also for tourism reasons. The aim of this chapter is to focus on the linkage between football stadiums and tourism entrepreneurship. This helps to acknowledge the contribution football plays in regional economic development related to tourism. Specific examples of innovative football stadiums are stated that help to understand the reasons why people visit these places. Suggestions for future research regarding football stadiums and tourism entrepreneurship are stated. This enables a better understanding of the practical ways football stadiums can be used as a way to incorporate creative and innovative features.
