ABSTRACT
The National Football League (NFL) is one of the most well-known football leagues in the world. Although most people who are familiar with the league tend to be from North America. The league has advanced significantly since its inception and continues to develop. This has meant much room for entrepreneurial business endeavours to be incorporated into their current and future activities. The aim of this chapter is to provide an overview of the NFL in terms of the teams in the competition and key features of these teams. This will help in understanding how football entrepreneurship occurs in the NFL and potential future developments.
