ABSTRACT

Spain is a growing destiny for the entrepreneurship and the number of female entrepreneurs is constantly increasing, representing 48.4% of the entrepreneurs. On the other hand, Malaysia has built a strong entrepreneurial capacity to be identified as an entrepreneurial pole in Asia, however, the female representation is still far from parity, representing a 37%. The main purpose of this research is to identify the strengths and challenges of the Spanish and Malaysian entrepreneurs, from a location and context perspective.
