ABSTRACT

"The positions of political strategy, developed by the Communist Party, are guiding in relation to military strategy." In the United States these positions would be called principles of war. According to the opinion of the modern igniters of war, the atomic air attack will be the main means of achieving swift victory in a prospective war. In particular the victories achieved by the Soviet people and their Armed Forces in the Great Patriotic War, were attributed to the services of one man-Stalin—and they were explained by some sort of supernatural qualities he possessed as a leader. Based on the military experience of the Great Patriotic War and the new achievements in science and technology, the Soviet Army and Navy are perfecting their combat and political training, learning that which is demanded by modern war. The Soviet Army, Aviation and Navy have been rearmed with first class fighting equipment.
