ABSTRACT
In accordance with the instructions of the Congress, permit to dwell mainly on the question of destructive political forces in the country and the struggle against economic sabotage. Our assessments of criminal manifestations of the shadow economy and corruption and unconstitutional demonstrations are treated by them as representing a deliberately primitive view of the processes of political and economic reform. In spite of the warming in international relations, one can observe a considerable increase in the activity of certain Western special services in collecting information about the development of the political situation in the USSR, about our defense and scientific-technical potential, the size of strategic reserves of raw materials, fuel, foodstuffs, and foreign currency reserves. The 'Path to the Russia political program and other anti-Soviet documents are distributed by Soviet union. In particular, the Narodno-Trudovoi Soyuz carries out work against the Soviet Union on the territory of the FRG.
