ABSTRACT
This chapter is an exposition on a sentence that has taken most of the last year to settle in the author's mind: that he is polyamorous. Being bisexual came as easy as being a woman: it was something she always knew about herself, something that grew with she, something she discovered more with each passing year. In the stories that she tells about her life, most reasons for what she does comes back to love. She and Mike happily followed the heteronormative script of what a relationship should be. The author was in a polygamous relationship with Li and Kara, where while the four of them grew more and more into a unit, Li and the author careened into an unexpectedly ferocious love. The author explores that when so many people have been in this place of deep feelings for more than one person, why must they deny it as an option for themselves?.
