ABSTRACT

The interaction of mental and ethical elements of reality such as needs and values, with material elements such as the social and material order of society, is the holistic sphere that produces social change, and creates the evolutionary dynamic propelling humanity from the past toward the future. The organization of production and the realization of consumption to satisfy the needs are the focal points of any existing economic and social policy. The problem of fulfilling the basic social needs must be solved in the most efficient way possible. When agriculture reaches the regenerative stage, excess material and social wealth accumulate in correspondance with savings in inputs and costs. In a society of basic needs the new germ fuels the further development of agriculture in the form of embryonic industry and related functions. Agriculture becomes a special branch of industry which in turn takes the dominant position at the first bifurcation.
