ABSTRACT
This chapter is primarily intended for practice-based PhD researchers. In the first section, it proposes actions and issues that should be addressed at the beginning of a project. The next section discusses the various text sections that might form part of the thesis as well as the supplementary material that is often included. Then there is a section that gives a few tips about checking the final text of the PhD before submitting it for examination. Finally, an outline thesis structure and a possible ethics approval procedure are provided.
