ABSTRACT

This chapter will introduce my field of practice as an artist working with holography and lenticular imaging 1 and provide an overview of my research project. Drawing from my experience and my own development as a researcher, I will discuss lessons learnt during my research journey, aiming to answer the questions:

In what ways is the Vitae Researcher Development Framework (RDF) beneficial to the research process?

And how could supervisors make better use of the framework to assist researchers with their development?
