ABSTRACT
This chapter summarizes previous chapters and draws conclusions based on the results of each single chapter and their comparison. It is discussed to what extent is gender as a frame of war in ancient Egypt based on the intersection of gender and violence among ancient Egyptians themselves. The historical contingency of gender and violence is stressed in contrast to rigid socio-biological understandings.
