ABSTRACT
This text presents the normative and conceptual affinities shared by ecosocialism and workplace democracy proposals. The main normative and instrumental elements of such affinity are analyzed, and it is concluded that workplace democracy can contribute to the consolidation of the ecosocialist socio-economic project and become an important strategy to achieve its political objectives.
