ABSTRACT

Awareness that usage of the Technical Information Center of Grumman Aerospace Corporation was not keeping pace with the increased capabilities provided by the Center led the managers of the unit to consider means for widening awareness of the services within the Company. A set of flip charts for use in presentations to those in engineering, marketing, research and product support/planning led to preparation of a slide/tape program, which in turn led to development of a video tape version. Some of the problems encountered in such activities are described, along with information on the type of equipment needed.
