ABSTRACT
Current development trends have resulted in unsustainable consumption of resources, leading to economic, environmental, and social problems. There is a need, therefore, for a more circular approach to the management of the resources. This chapter explores some of the key issues in the debate, as well as the resources that should be focused upon.
