ABSTRACT
A strong passion for helping others has been a part of my personality for as long as I can remember, though my vision and understanding of how to go about helping others has changed dramatically over the years. I dedicated my life to the field of substance abuse counseling and learning, and while I am confident and competent in my area of expertise, I firmly believe that there will never be an end to the knowledge and understanding I can gain and it is my responsibility to pursue that professional knowledge.
