ABSTRACT
This chapter presents some of the reviews of the works of romantic women writers which were published in the Aberdeen Magazine. The writers whose works were reviewed include Charlotte Brooke, Ann Jones Clarke, Hannah Cowley, Catharine Macaulay Graham, Dorothy Jordan, Hester Lynch Piozzi, Anna Seward, and Helen Maria Williams.
