ABSTRACT
In this chapter, we tell the story of the International Coach Study Tour (Study Tour), an ongoing coach development strategy designed and delivered by Cricket Australia (CA) for its national-level coaches. By exposing these coaches to cultures of excellence in other performance domains, CA hopes to encourage their HPCs to expand their horizons and to become innovators in their practice.
