ABSTRACT
The Postscript seeks to summarise some of the many important insights and findings from across the book’s chapters and to draw some conclusions from these in relation to the notion of ‘spectacular death’ by focusing on the conception of the notion and some of the complexities and shortcomings involved in it, as well as some of the consequences that can be drawn from it.
