ABSTRACT
Developments and new initiatives in the CONSER (Cooperative Online Serials) Program are discussed. Participants learn about how they can contribute to and benefit from the work of CONSER, covering access of serials, emerging cataloging guidelines for remote access serials, and possible revisions to serial rules and rule intarpetations.
