ABSTRACT

Barbara Shaffer and Karen Aufdemberge, both Assistant Serials Librarians at the University of Toledo, began the workshop by discussing their experiences as the University of Toledo implemented the INNOVACQ binding preparation module. Prior to 1989 they had used a manual system for binding preparation. In 1989 they began using INNOVACQ to produce pull-slips and to display binding status in the OPAC. By April 1992 they were using the binding module in its entirety, including the printing of binding slips.
