ABSTRACT
The purpose of the social library/media center is to aid the fulfillment of the instructional goals and objectives of the school and to promote this through a planned program of acquisition and organization of appropriate media and technology and through instruction in the exploitation of information technology and dissemination of materials to expand the learning environment of all students. 1
