While looking at the words scrawled across the page in all directions, place coaches hands on their abdomen and take a nice, even breath through their nose and out through their mouth, sighing or letting out a sound on the exhale. Breathe in and out while making a sound on the exhale at least two more times. Allow themself this time to get into their performance zone, and as they finish getting ready, continue to allow the phrase and the beverage to cool their nervous system. Because of the simple materials involved and the clear instructions, this is an excellent exercise to be employed for home use.
