ABSTRACT

The coach or facilitator would read out the instructions while picking up from the client or the group a sense of how long to allow between sentences, so as to relax everyone. After the visualization, verbal feedback is shared; the group would write down their thoughts and recollections before speaking. The feedback sparks questions around what resources are needed in order to put inspiration into action—new skills, adaptation of old skills, or formal learning. It might be time, space, materials, money, or reorganization of resources—materials or workspace. For a small project, the date would represent the date for putting that project into action. For a big project, the date would be more for planning and researching, costing, or checking availability.
