ABSTRACT
This chapter discusses the technical skills, range of knowledge, and valuable methods needed to work from a multilateral approach in systemic MHPSS projects on the international plane. It emphasizes methods of scale, skill mix, task shifting and task sharing as unique forms of best practice, which emphasize an ethics of sustainability.
