ABSTRACT
In 1984, the University of Michigan Library Personnel Office conducted a review of all nonlibrarian professional support staff, 80 out of the approximately 350 regular full-time staff positions. These 80 positions are part of the University’s overall Professional and Administrative (P&A) job family.
