ABSTRACT
According to a Chinese proverb, if you want one year of prosperity, grow grain. If you want ten years of prosperity, grow trees. If you want one hundred years of prosperity, grow people. The idea of investing in human resources to ensure the progress and growth of societies, organizations, families, and individuals is not original; rather it expresses our collective common sense which has safeguarded the survival of the species.
