ABSTRACT
As the moderator of this final panel, I have two responsibilities. The first is to synthesize for you in a few moments the best and most appropriate advice, encouragement, and ideas which have been presented by our invited conference speakers. This presentation will be formatted into a set of criteria or guidelines which I hope will have some lasting and beneficial impact on coordinating cooperative collection development undertakings in this and other states.
