ABSTRACT

Key topics are given in the form of conceptual categories of the energy transformation process, which are considered in the practical work of corporate Jungian coaching and consulting. In this chapter we begin by describing individuation process. This is the main premise upon which corporate analytical psychology is based, and from which it has derived its methodology and practical application. We then look into the energy view perspective in corporate settings, followed by the structural view. This includes the different layers of the unconscious and the archetypal actors of psyche. These latter include Anima, Animus, Persona, Shadow and the ego–Self relationship. We explore the field phenomena in corporations and bring all these topics to life through a short case study. Finally, we offer a perspective on corporate complexes outlining the development of the concept with reference to Ferreira’s chapter from this volume ‘Introducing corporate cultural complex’ and showing diagnostics and applications with reference to O’Brien’s chapter from this volume ‘Corporate complex: diagnostics and application.’
