ABSTRACT

This chapter reviews the concepts of the corporate cultural complexes, as consequences of traumas and conflicts inherent to this specific group, such as additional and different layers from the personal or other cultural complexes. These studies represent a unique contribution to business administration disciplines, and especially to leadership development where self-knowledge and self-development can be the bedrock of a new corporate culture, more fitting the needs and profiles of the 21st-century people. By exploring the unconscious, unfolding some of its contents, promoting a deeper connection to the Self, analytical development establishes a new perspective on leadership. By going beyond physical, emotional and mental explorations and by opening a spiritual connection, an authentic meaning of work can be reached providing genuine existential self-realisation. Leadership development with soul.
