ABSTRACT
When participating in continuing professional development (CPD), an obvious choice may be to attend an in-person conference, but opportunities to engage in CPD abound both internally and externally to an organization. Health IT professionals will define the many ways to develop competencies, expand their professional practice, and achieve career goals.
