ABSTRACT
This chapter presents interviews conducted in the late autumn and winter of 2018 and provides an insight into pivotal topics and current developments around BOP in Asia. In total, four experts were interviewed. Their knowledge and understanding of, as well as experience with, Base of the Pyramid contexts in Asia, are presented in the following. Jaideep Prabhu is the Jawaharlal Nehru Professor of Business and Enterprise at the Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge, England. Prof. Jaideep Prabhu is also the Director of the Centre for India & Global Business whose Executive Director was Navi Radjou. Md Nazmul Huda works as a Knowledge Management Specialist at BRAC. In addition, he is a programme analyst in practical action in Bangladesh and has five years of work experience in programme planning, capacity development, business analysis and modelling for different WaSH, urban, livelihoods, agriculture, energy, and humanitarian projects.
