ABSTRACT
Aleana Egan, an artist, gives us something of her own longstanding personal response to Milner’s writing as it manifests in her thinking about art and within the art itself. She highlights ‘aquatic’ references in Milner’s work of being submerged until the tide turns for creativity to occur, linking these to her own thoughts during lockdown (in spring 2020).
