ABSTRACT
Wayne Featherstone, Past President of the Victorian Association of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapists in Australia, gives a succession of subjective ‘pearls,’ including a dream, seeded by reading Milner. He uses his own introspective and self-analytical skills – taking the example of Milner who used herself in this way all through her life – to parse his experience and delve into its meaning.
