      ABSTRACT

      This chapter describes the process of implementation of the UDL framework in Chile, inviting professionals to think over UDL as a promise for an education which is both inclusive and of high quality. We propose ideas that remove barriers through the implementation of Universal Design for Learning in the Chilean Educational System, in order to address learner variability and to confirm International Agreements ratified by the Chilean government.
