      ABSTRACT

      The snapshot vignette discusses the FACE program that works toward gainfully employing persons with disability. Modern science and knowledge has forced us to be separate and specialized, and while most schools and education systems have disintegrated society, FACE is a specialized program conceptualized as an enormous educational consciousness. This scientific methodology is available to a person with autism, exceptional children and children with multiple disabilities, caregivers, teachers and other family members. The program is a four-phase approach that supports a transformational education at the individual, institutional and societal level.
