ABSTRACT
Bai Xizhuang is President and Secretary of Party Committee of the People’s Hospital of Liaoning Province, Expert who enjoys State Council Special Allowance, National Second-Level Professor, Chief Physician, Adviser to PhD candidates, Hospital Management Expert, and graduated from China Medical University. On December 8, 2015, the Joint Commission International (JCI) Accreditation Office of People’s Hospital of Liaoning Province (PHLP) was established, marking the initiation of preparation for JCI accreditation. Through striving for JCI accreditation, the overall strength of the hospital has been improved remarkably. In terms of the process of handling, the problems reported to the official account were presented in the morning huddle of leadership members and other administrators, when Mr. Bai presides over the meeting in person. In December 2015, after “Mr. Bai’s longest breakfast ever,” Ms. Jilan Liu arrived at PHLP, an organization who had no clue about JCI.
