ABSTRACT
Tony Eccles, ex shopfloor fitter, ex factory production manager, is now Professor of Business Policy at Glasgow University. His role in GEC evolved during and after the action learning programme. Because he became personally involved, he was able to see the company in the round, from an outsider's point of view.
