ABSTRACT

For those who believe passionately in the power of the science of behavior analysis to improve the lives of clients and change the world for the better, it can be challenging to accept other opinions or viewpoints as equally valid. It is, however, consistent with ethical practice to collaborate with other professional when working with interdisciplinary teams or in schools. In this chapter, we will discuss the role and responsibilities of behavior analysts when serving on interdisciplinary teams and schools. Relevant items from the Fourth and Fifth Edition Task Lists, published by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board®, will be discussed.
