ABSTRACT
The author narrates a four-season path in which everything in (her) life is intra-connected and interconnected. The connection and resistance of a sunflower are characteristic of the beginning of their encounters and break-ups in their life, on a physical and emotional level. Then, with the freedom to wear different hats, a decision is presented that would be decisive and her life takes a turn in several aspects that she never imagined. After savouring and reflecting on the experiences of the present, she begins to look at the past and the future with different eyes and tries to remind us that our body-mind-spirit speaks: listen and trust. Finally, when she truly understood what her purpose was, her life was intertwined with others to fight as mad warriors united to transform the world. Towards the end of the road, it resonates with force again: the personal is political.
