ABSTRACT
This chapter outlines a program of work that embeds artists in care home settings. The benefits of visual arts practice for care home residents, as well as for wider health and social care provision are presented, using examples from current practice. Guidance is given about how to establish similar programs, and challenges and barriers to this practice are also considered.
