ABSTRACT
342The TA field of organisations is for professionals working in or with organisations and/or businesses. They are concerned with the (further) development and growth of those organisations and/or companies for whom they provide consultation, training, and management expertise. The focus is on increasing the effectiveness of the (groups of) people whom they work with or for.
