ABSTRACT

Transactional Analysis (TA) and specifically the redecision school offer wonderful opportunities to help people develop themselves, in a business context. The introduction to the TA concept of script is done through a highly energetic, funny exercise about the memory functions of the brain. The biggest challenge is to translate the script concept into easy to understand metaphors and language for people who do not have a psychological background. What people accomplish during the workshops described below: the intensity of their development process, the sustainability of personal change, is hard to catch in words. The small illustrative stories in the boxes give a glimpse of the importance and the beauty of the results people get out of the training sessions. For the first time since its conception, it had to lay off people. The CEO keeps on being a strong believer in his people.
