ABSTRACT

The formed world economy for many years has kept the imbalances in the economic development of individual countries and regions of the planet. These imbalances formulate global and regional problems; without their solution further humanity advancement along the path of economic progress is impossible. This chapter shows the capabilities of parametric control theory on the basis of the developed macroeconomic model for the optimal solution of these global problems and to prove the benefits of joint action to address them. It should be noted that the main difference of parametric control theory from other well-known macroeconomic theories is the use of only those mathematical models that have been tested for the possibility of their practical application through a series of original and classical methods. The originality of the approach of parametric control theory to the solution of global nature problems is justified by verification of the reviewed model which is not only for the basic calculation.
