ABSTRACT

The psychoanalytic concept of ‘resistance’ provides differing conceptions of the term as shown in the recent Naga pieces of fiction by Easterine Iralu and Temsula Ao. Even though considered the literature of resistance, these offer to an account of the political imagination that is not normatively either exploratory or subversive.
