ABSTRACT

The conversation brings together Shelley Bernstein and Seb Chan to discuss their respective experiences driving digital transformation projects within museums over the past two decades. It includes discussions about innovative projects such as the Cooper Hewitt Pen, the partnership between The Barnes and Indego bike share, and early participation by both in the Flickr Commons. Topics further include brand and marketing, community engagement, inclusion practice and visitor experience. This conversation was recorded on May 18, 2018.
