ABSTRACT

This conversation introduces Arthur Cohen and Tonya Nelson to discuss shifting definitions of culture, changing audience expectations and motivations, points of access and inclusion, and new models of funding and philanthropy in the museum sector. It includes discussion about longitudinal research of the changing behaviours, attitudes and perceptions of cultural audiences in the U.S. and U.K. This conversation was recorded on June 1, 2018.
