ABSTRACT
The introduction chapter grounds the purpose of the book with the needs of the lesson study community wanting to learn more deeply after having mastered the basic procedures and steps of lesson study. The chapter explains how the book is structured, making connections among different topics presented in different chapters, with a short description of each chapter.
