ABSTRACT
International collaboration has become a mainstream trend for Chinese tourism higher education. This chapter summarizes the main modes of Sino-foreign tourism higher education in both undergraduate and graduate level, introduces the current operation and management, advantages, problems, and challenges of each mode, and provides current practices in Chinese tourism institutions. The chapter provides a brief picture of international collaboration practices in Chinese tourism higher education, which enables both Chinese and foreign colleges and universities to better understand and promote international collaboration in the post-pandemic era.
